Anatolia Energy is a special purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated for Exploration and production in Okiori field.
The day-to-day activities of Anatolia Energy and Services Limited is managed by seasoned professionals who are supervised by a board of directors.
The operations of the business of the company is executed in line with its corporate governance policy (CGP). The board is to carry out supervisory roles through various committees of the board and a strong internal control department.
